Don't get me wrong. I love Dr. Who. The first and especially the fourth. Tom Baker was a superb and very interesting Doctor throughout the series. The story itself is unique and intellectual in approach. His series took the audience literally in another world and dimension. For me and my husband, he is the best Doctor ever.
Unfortunately, BBC and new series of the show tried to outdo Tom Baker's. They literally changed the whole plot and idea. They have even made Doctor a womanizer and allowed this blond chick (Billie Piper) to stay through out the full 2 seasons. What is even worse is they travel not through different world but in time. Utter disappointment

Life of a teacher
... is like a play on stage
he takes the role of a protagonist
tinged with the feeling of a pessimist
... is like a boxer in a ring
always rushes things
never quits, sometimes sings
.... has full of surprises
has ups and downs..
endless. Infinite.

Love letter for PNoy
****
Dear Mr. President,
Maalab na pagbati sa inyo Mr. President. I hope Mr. Sunday is treating you quite nicely. I am writing to you a letter to wish not only for your 'well' being but to share what I have just struck (an idea) myself today.
I am not a religious person. I may have not attended church masses lately. This is something I am not proud about. But the point being is that I've reminded myself of so many values I was able to fish out from wise gentlemen including men in cloaks. Forgive and move on. If a person points his accusing finger to one has commit an error, the rest of his fingers joins in pointing at the opposite (meaning ung taong nagtuturo). Four times more that person has committed mistakes (gravity of these errs may depend).
Papalapit na Mahal na Araw. Magtika. Magtanong. Magbulay. Work towards the alleviation of poverty, and not for disunity.
Oh sige na. Dami pa akong gagawin.
Luv u na. Tsup tsup. ahaha.
From Pnay.

Pop Corn Series and randomness
Finally tonight my husband and I were able to watch a movie together. I have actually no inkling for a chic flick (well, I have my mood swings) but we watched it nonetheless. The movie, "Hangover," is a story about 4 guys who went to Vegas to celebrate one of their buddies forth coming marriage. Each guy has unique characteristic but all had something in common- being duffus. ahehe. I shall not tell anything more, you'll have to see the movie yourselves.
:D

Random Thoughts on Various Cases
Hirap magclass sa west wing. Ang ingay. Buti sana kung may sense. Awanti naman.

Change is good. It means exploring(and experimenting) new things that change can offer.

Kung ang ulam ay lagi na lamang inilalatag sa hapag kainan all throughout the years, eh hindi ba nakakasawa at nakakaumay na?

Random Thoughts on Various Cases
Yellow.
When I was a kid, I used to pretend I was a Bioman member. You know that Japanese kids show where the bidas shout prominent color then their respective number? I was 'yellow four' or sometimes, 'red one' being that I liked to be the leader of the gang. Eventually my infatuation with the color faded away when Cory Aquino stepped in and her bleep son, followed her footsteps (without conceivably doing any note worthy). Pardon my harshness towards the guy, but I just personally do not like him that much. And so was the color.
But this time of year, there is a wind of change. Change. It would be nice to see a whisk of change in various places, including at my university.
Yes. Change. When would we know if it works if we would not give 'it' a chance, eh? Savvy?

Deep thought on Johnny Depp
The first time I watched Pirates of Caribbean, I squirmed. It was not because of the actor nor the story line or even the effects. Just that I bought a pretty bad pirated (heh, get it lol) copy of the movie, that everything was rather dim and audio, quite horrible.
Two nights ago, my husband and I watched it (as part of our movie 'night in house' date). Being that I saw the movie long time ago would have given me the license to fall asleep. But nay. The downloaded copy was too good and crisp on a big screen, I watched it intently.
The next night, we watched the sequel and the following, the latest. Johnny Depp's performance was excellent and very entertaining. I was to have watched them all.
Savvy.
*******
Bourne to listen this.
Who is fed up of Bourne? A couple of has gone by but still people have this tremendous desire to watch the latest series of the film. I am too, since part of it was shot at my school.
Anyways, my husband liked (not so much though) all of Bourne movies plus their songs.
Here's one (which I used a part of my AVP for History Department).
