I was about blank - teen when I went to PUP to take my entrance exam. I could not remember exactly where my room was but it was on 6th floor, west wing, odd number. I had to climb the stairs fronting Sampaguita. I had my mum with me (as opposed to many who brought their teams, clans and the whole barangay). I don't remember the whole exam except for the part I had placed my answers incorrectly on the sheet. This dawned on me the last few minutes when I reached the last question. I thought I was done with the test but there it was number 15 or so of the non verbal reasoning. Oblivious, I had skipped an item leaving me a number without any answer nor question.
The good luck lady smiled at me though. I was able to remember which answer went to what. I had done it like a speeding bullet.
Thankfully, I made it!
